Heel Finish
Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” 2008 (left) vs? Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” 2011 – Heel FinishJordan Brand should never alter any materials or textures on the Air Jordan 3 considering it is, and always will be a beloved sneaker. Therefore, the leather upper and the cement print hints are all intact and parallel to the OG pair. The only ‘finish’ difference that is noticeable is seen on the heel section of the midsole. Notice how the latest version possesses a matte layer (truer to the OGs) on the lower portion of the heel. The 2008 version is much smoother and contains no added details. Do you prefer the glossy layer or the smoother finish seen on the 2008 pair?
