Much like the aforementioned Air Trainer SC, we must applaud Nike for honoring a legendary athlete again. The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 retro release holds a special value seeing that 2009 marks his 20th year in the MLB. It also owns special praise seeing that Griffey ultimately made it back to the very team that he shared his glory years with.
