Kevin Durant?s understated demeanor, sheer tenacity, and limitless talent are all embodied in the Nike Zoom KD IV. As with KD, this shoe was initially met with questions, but answered and surpassed those questions quickly and resoundingly. The question for both has now changed to the degree of greatness. The KD IV was accepted so well that colorways were produced that reflected specific aspects of its namesake’s life, such as “Aunt Pearls” and “Scoring Titles”. Although Durant disapproved of the strap that designer Leo Chang added to the shoe, the Adaptive Fit Strap proved to be a key feature on this now classic sneaker.
