Following conflicts in Week 1 that resulted in four teams receiving bye weeks, the famed Drew League returned to form in Week 2. As a result of a blackout, approximately six teams made their official season debut in Week 2, and with that came a wide array of great sneaker moments missed in the inaugural week.
For the 2nd consecutive run, Citi Team Blazers’ Malcolm Thomas was named the Drew League Player of the Week, while others including Victor Rudd and Charles Hinkle also shined in the second week of play. Also noteworthy is the amount of heat that hit the floor in Week 2. Everything from “Thunder’ 14’s to “Hare” XX9’s on down to LeBron 12 Elites on the feet of Baron Davis were on his display this past week at the Drew League.
See what everyone laced up in on-court and in the rafters below, and check back for more on-foot highlights from the 2015 Drew League.
