Converse Wade
Reason: Contract
The Converse Wade 1 wasn’t a smash hit at retail when released, but it was arguably the best shoe worn by one of the best players of this era. The “Playoffs” colorway was nearly perfect, playing off the Jordan branded aesthetic and Wade’s now banned tights. Odds of a retro release are slight at best. As stated before, Converse no longer plays in performance basketball. On top of that, Wade is no longer with Converse or Jordan Brand, both of which are under the Nike, Inc. umbrella.
