Always one to stand out when everybody gets dressed up, Kanye went all-red and all-out for a beat battle against Swizz Beatz. To no surprise, his sneakers caused a stir. Bearing no branding, the Ato Matsumoto Cow Hide Boot had everyone guessing and Googling. Before original Air Yeezy samples had even cleared, knowledgeable NikeTalkers were suggesting that the strapped up sneakers were the supposed Kanye signature months before the actual Airs would hit the Grammy stage. The Cow Hide Boots would be rocked by Ye on occasions to follow, but still prove too tough for both his friends and fans to find.
