BAPE and Timberland have enjoyed no shortage of collaborations over the years, even team-ups amongst themselves. Now the duo has once again joined forces for a remastered take on Timberland’s Chukka Boot and Three-Eye Classic Lug silhouettes.
The current BAPE x Timberland collaboration has no shortage of branding, seeing BAPE’s ubiquitous CAMO print emblazoned on the upper’s of both models in wheat. For the Chukka Boot, contrasting black leather is used on the ankle and STA motif, which also features BAPE’s signature print. The heavy branding follows onto the lace dubraes, tongue tabs, insoles, and hangtags. And if that’s not enough, the pair comes with a second pair of laces doused in BAPE’s ABC CAMO in green.
Over on the Three-Eye Classic Lug, the silhouette balances its tan upper with a black mudguard and contrasting green lace detailing. Rounding out the final details are co-branding tongue tabs, insoles, and lace dubraes.
The BAPE x Timberland collection is available now via A BATHING APE stores, BAPE.Com, and select aftersales markets. The BAPE x Timberland Chukka Boots retail for ¥22,000 JPY (approximately $200 USD) and the BAPE x Timberland Three-Eye Classic Lug retails for ¥22,900 JPY (approximately $209 USD).
