adidas Forum Low “Slide” GX2181 Release Date

For the latest iteration of its Forum Low, adidas Originals has added colorful Trefoil characters to the silhouette.

This upcoming adidas Forum Low “Slide” offering boasts a “Sail” leather upper accented with grey hues on the rear, along with translucent Three Stripes branding on both the mid-panels. The aforementioned Trefoil characters then arrive on both the medial and lateral walls, as well as the Velcro ankle strap. Rounding out the final design cues are black tongue tags and an off-white rubber sole.
