A sample pair of the Air Jordan 14 “Alternate Thunder” made its way onto the web and features a drastic difference between the released pair from Jordan Brand in 2014.
The sneaker features a black leather upper with black nubuck overlays with yellow accenting throughout and draws inspiration from Reggie Miller’s Air Jordan 14 PEs during the 1999 NBA Playoffs. There are differences between this sample and the retail pair, most notable the yellow shank plate instead of silver and a white midsole and outsole. The Jumpman on the heel is yellow which is in white on the retail pair and black teeth and accenting are on the midsole which is in yellow on the retail pair.
