Since its relaunch in 2020, the adidas CONFIRMED app has remained a hub for adidas‘ most sought after sneakers. By design, the app gives people the chance to secure their most wanted sneakers in a fast and fair process. But more than just that, the adidas CONFIRMED app focuses on community and offers unique digital experiences that are brought to life by the stories of the brand’s leading creatives. To celebrate the CONFIRMED app and its member, adidas is hosting a week-long event in which users will have exclusive access to high-profile launches and experiences.
Known as the adidas CONFIRMED Members Week, the celebration will kick off on April 1st and conclude on April 7th. All week long CONFIRMED app members will have access to new releases, never-before-seen content, and unexpected surprises, which will also mark the introduction of the adiClub – a revamped vision of the Creators Club that enables members to earn points across the adidas network.
To commence Members Week, adidas will be reintroducing their “Into the Metaverse” NFT collection with a raffle across eight markets – USA, UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Canada, and Japan. The collection originally debuted back in December of 2021 and was created in collaboration with a group of digital trailblazers such as Bored Ape Yacht Glub, gmoney, and the team behind PUNKS Comic. For the first time ever, adidas will be giving away one of 50 available NFTs to a CONFIRMED app member. The draw opens on April 1st, with the winner being announced on April 4th.
As far as sneakers go, the CONFIRMED app will be the only place people can purchase the upcoming adidas A.B.Gazelle Indoor by Blondey and the Sean Wotherspoon x adidas EQT Support 93 SUPEREARTH. The adidas Originals brand will also be receiving an exclusive CONFIRMED app drop for Members Week. The selection is the second half of the Spring/Summer 2022 season known as the “Blue Version.”
Outside of shopping, adidas focuses on community with an agenda of other activations. Adidas will be reintroducing their S.E.E.D. initiative, which celebrates women and self expression. The campaign will be accompanied by a size-inclusive editorial with footwear consultant Jazerai Allen-Lord and blogger Julia Deboss. Members Weeks also brings the CONFIRMED app to life as adidas has different pop-ups planned around major cities including Paris, London, Berlin, NYC, and Tokyo. More information will be revealed on the app and through adidas’ social media channels in the coming days.
