DJ software company Serato is celebrating 20 years and they’ve tapped God’s favorite DJ, DJ Clark Kent to help design their collaborative adidas Forum Mid which was 3 years in the making.

“Serato’s 20-year life has been a blur of club bangers, chill radio waves, and unbound creative genius from everyone who took to the decks with us. And all that’s just the beginning. This collab is a chance to thank the people who have made this life so far the sickest blessing any community could ask for” said Scotty Hoogerbrug, Chief Marketing Officer for Serato.

“DJs run the party… Let the DJ feel good about their look. Inspire them to play as well as they look.” states DJ Clark Kent

The luxe take on the sneaker uses a black upper and overlays, built to handle dirt and stains of club life but uses different materials to give the sneaker some subtle contrast such as faux croc skin on the heel counter. Serato branding is seen on the lateral side of the sneaker, the right with the OG logo and the left with the current one, and the tongue tag featuring the Trefoil logo in blue with Serato branding on the black tongue tag. Lastly, a white midsole and gum outsole with vinyl pressing details finish off the sneaker. Along with the sneaker, there’s a Serato x adidas control vinyl that goes with the sneaker as well, with adidas branding found throughout.

The Serato x DJ Clark Kent x adidas Forum Mid won’t be released to the public and will be exclusive to Serato’s Tier 1 DJs for working with them for the past 20 years. Check out the photos below and for all the latest drop dates, head over to our Sneaker Release Dates page.
