The Stone Island x New Balance TDS FuelCell RC Elite V2 Gets Ready to Release

Stone Island brings their tactical aesthetic to New Balance with the Stone Island x New Balance TDS FuelCell RC Elite V2. This sneaker delivers the high-performance ethos of both brands in a modern way. The Tokyo Design Studio lent its craftsmanship to the production of the shoe, pushing boundaries and testing the latest technology when creating the design.

This New Balance TDS FuelCell RC Elite V2 has a bright red knit upper that pairs with New Balance’s cool-tone grey. The exterior of the sneaker has a faux-shredded design that rips back to reveal the Stone Island emblem underneath the the sleek top layer. This sharp design choice is a nod to the New Balance’s RC Elite V2 technology, which features pristine FuelCell cushioning and a full-length, energy-returning carbon fiber plate. This silhouette gets an upgrade from previous models with a lightweight, breathable 3D knit upper that’s complemented with jagged edged and synthetic overlays inspired by the 574.

The Stone Island x TDS FuelCell RC Elite V2 “Gray” will be available exclusively at Stone Island stores on June 30th. To purchase on StoneIsland.com, stop by the website on July 5th. The sneaker will also be available globally on NewBalance.com, New Balance’s T-House, and select retailers on July 8th. The price tag is set at $220.
