Because not everything should be available online, the New York Nike iD studios at Nike Town and 21 Mercer have saved some design options for themselves. Last week, we showed you some new materials and colors available for the Air Max 1 and now we’re getting not only a look at materials you can’t get anywhere outside of NYC, but also actually seeing the materials that are available online. Most notably added to the in-house studio is the option to utilize a crepe rubber outsole, similar to the three pairs set to release later this year. Other details to take notice of include the use of ballistic mesh and striped cloth on the toe box, as well as the options to use a navy midsole.
