For its latest KD 15 offering, Nike is looking back in time for inspiration. Heading back to the 1990-91 NBA season to be exact, this upcoming KD 15 “Black Tie Dye” sports the same eye-popping tie-dye jersey scheme as seen on the New Jersey Nets’ jerseys. Fast forward 30 years later and the same scheme serves as the Brooklyn Nets’ first Classic Edition Jersey.

The “Black Tie Dye” scheme is featured predominately throughout the sneaker’s upper, while light and dark blue hues accent the cage, Swoosh logo, “KD” tongue insignia, and inner liner. Lastly, the pair is fitted with titular red lettering and numbers. Down below is a black midsole housing the Air unit in matching crimson red.

Look for the Nike KD 15 “Black Tie Dye” to release in the upcoming weeks via Nike.com and select retailers. The pair will retail for $150. Keep it locked to our Sneaker Release Dates Calendar for updates.
