New Balance has officially announced the third iteration of their high-performance basketball sneaker in the New Balance TWO WXY v3 which will be debuted by New Balance Hoops athletes Zach Lavine, Jamal Murray, Dejounte Murray, Darius Bazley, and Aaron Nesmith.

“The TWO WXY v3 is truly built with our athletes in mind and inspired by the continued evolution of who they are on and off the court,” says Trent Casper, New Balance Basketball GM. “We’re thrilled to deliver best-in-class technology for a shoe that includes lightweight stability and bold design, that is grounded in how our players are wired differently.”

The sneaker features a lightweight, molded mesh upper with the N logo running across from the lateral side over to the medial side of the tongue. FuelCell cushioning in the midsole with ABZORB featured in the heel for additional impact protection. A TPU shank is utilized in the midfoot for stability and rigidity in the sneaker while providing a responsive court feel.

The launch “Cerebral” colorway features a black upper with hits of electric red and blue throughout the sneaker with additional colorways on the way that showcases the NB Hoops roster’s personality and storytelling. A Jamaican colorway draws from Jamal Murray’s heritage and a Windy City colorway is made for Zach Lavine just to name a few that are set to drop later this year.

The New Balance TWO WXY v3 is set to drop on November 4th in the “Cerebral” colorway via newbalance.com and at select retailers for $120. Check out the upcoming colorways below and for all the latest drop dates, head over to our Sneaker Release Dates page.
