The Blue Eyes White Dragon” From Yu-Gi-Oh! Takes Over the adidas ADI2000

Staple anime and trading card game from the early 2000’s Yu-Gi-Oh! makes a revival on the upcoming adidas ADI2000 “Blue Eyes White Dragon.” The series was created by the late Kazuki Takahashi and was renowned for its complex storytelling, mysticism, and art.

While Yu-Gi-Oh! was often full of fantasy colors that transcended other animation styles at the time, this adidas ADI2000 goes for a minimal approach with an all-white leather upper. The dragon makes an appearance on the side of the sneaker. The eyestay has a double eyelet feature demonstrated here with light blue and navy knit laces. The all-white midsole is paired with an icy blue outsole layer to complement the “Bold Blue” dragon. The sneaker comes packaged in a special collectors box with a matching hangtag.
