New Balance announced Chicago Bulls All-Star Zach Lavine as a New Balance athlete earlier this year and since Lavine signed a max contract extension with the Bulls, it’s fitting that he’s getting a colorway of the New Balance TWO WXY V3 in black and red dropping later this week.
The colorway is inspired by Zach’s Chicago Bulls with black making up the mesh upper and the exaggerated N logo outlined in white on the lateral side extending over the midfoot. The tongue features a graphic of a brain with the pulltabs on the heel featuring NB branding. FuelCell makes up the white midsole that adds in ABZORB on the heel and forefoot for extra impact protection with a TPU clip in black for rigidity and stability. Lastly, a translucent radial patterned red outsole finishes off the sneaker.
The New Balance TWO WXY V3 “Windy City” is set to drop on November 18th via newbalance.com and at select retailers for $120. Check out the photos below and for all the latest drop dates, head over to our Sneaker Release Dates page.
