In 2017, Jordan Brand designed an all-gold Air Jordan 8 OVO Sample exclusively for rapper/actor Drake.
Now we have a detailed look at the limited Air Jordan 8 OVO “Gold” Sample, which boasts the same golden theme seen on the OVO Jordan 11 that was released a few years back. The golden hue covers almost the entirety of the sneaker, from the perforated panels and overlays to the ankle strap, embroidered tongues, and laces. Down below is a white translucent glitter outsole. Lastly, the Jumpman logo in contrasting red arrives on the outsole and insole. Surprisingly, the pair lacks any sort of shout-out to OVO and its owl insignia.
