After changing the game with his innovative Crocs crossover, Salehe Bembury has confirmed a new two-year contract that extends his existing partnership with the brand. As part of the agreement, Bembury will serve as Creative Director of the Crocs x Pollex Pod Collection. Throughout the extension, Bembury and Crocs will work together to evolve his signature Crocs Pollex design and introduce new colorways, as well as new silhouettes.
Bembury and Crocs first partnered and introduced the Pollex Clog in 2021. This innovative collaboration reimagined the classic Crocs mold and amassed a swarm of new fans for the brand. The Pollex Clog has continued to be one of Crocs’ fastest global sell-outs and has been released in several colorways since then.
For many years, collaborations and product partnerships have been at the core of our brand strategy, and we are very proud of what we have been able to create in partnership with Salehe.
His unique approach to design has brought a fresh perspective to our molded form and enabled us to connect with new consumers. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue this partnership and extend into dynamic new silhouettes.

Bembury has been dominating the footwear space as his collaborative works with brands like New Balance, Clarks, Vans, and Moncler have completely captivated sneakerheads everywhere.
Both Crocs and Bembury share passion for innovation as the two try to bring together utility and contemporary design languages that resonate with those that seek newness.
We exist in a landscape of ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ collaborations, so the value lies in long-term relationships and that’s what we’ve established.
Good design exercises restraint and balances utility with beauty and the Pollex Pod represents that by successfully merging Crocs’ brand identity with my own brand identity.

Crocs and Bembury first became acquainted online through Instagram DMs. At first, Crocs reached out simply to send Bembury a pair of shoes, in which he responded by asking if the brand might consider a collaboration. Crocs was inspired by Bembury’s interest in changing the form of the Classic Clog, and as they say, the rest is history.
The first release of new silhouettes within the Pollex Pod collection will be announced later this Spring. It seems that Bembury already teased an upcoming pair, as he showed off what looks to be a Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Slide on his Instagram.
