Nike Celebrates the WNBA “Houston Comets Four-Peat” with an Honorary Air Force 1

The 2023 WNBA season is upon us and Team Swoosh gets ready for gametime with the all-new Nike Air Force 1 Low “Houston Comets Four-Peat.” This sneaker honors the legendary Houston Comets and the team’s dynasty made famous by iconic ballers like Cynthia Cooper, Sheryl Swoopes, and Tina Thompson. This dynamic trio led an unbeatable four-peat streak back between 1997-2000, as the Comets took home championship titles back-to-back-to-back-to-back.

This exclusive colorway honors that historic four-peat run with ’97-’98 embroidered on the left heel and ’99-’00 on the right. The sneaker uses the Houston Comets’ team colors with a White leather base and Navy Blue highlights on the outsole, tongue tag, and heel tab. The signature Nike Swoosh is also covered in Navy Blue, but is outlined with vibrant Red to match the winning seasons on the heels.
