The upcoming New Balance 550 “Boston College” draws inspiration from the university’s colors and boasts a smooth and perforated white leather construction. The school’s maroon hue helps elevate the signature “N” insignias, as well as the inner liner, piping and exposed stitching on the midsole. The school’s maroon and golden hues follow on to the Boston College-branded insoles, as well as special “BC” tongue tabs.
