Nike Basketball has another Nike KD 4 on the way with the Nike KD 4 “Nerf” rumored to release in 2024.

Originally released in 2011, the coveted Nike KD 4 will join the other KD 4 releases such as the Nike KD 4 “Galaxy,” the Nike KD 4 “Weatherman,” and the all-new Nike KD 4 “Year of the Dragon 2.0” releases.

The Nike KD 4 “Nerf” was released in December 2011 and stood as a pivotal moment in sneaker culture, blending Kevin Durant’s signature line with a playful, nostalgic twist. Inspired by the vibrant aesthetics of Nerf toys, the sneaker features a colorful palette of purple, blue, and neon green, complemented by speckled midsoles and Nerf branding.

The colorway highlighted the growing trend of infusing pop culture into sneaker designs and made it a must-have for collectors due to its limited availability and distinctive look.

The Nike KD 4 “Nerf” releases for $150 on August 9, 2024, on SNKRS and select retailers.
