New Balance Taps BEAMS for a Reworked 996 GTX

For its latest joint effort, New Balance has tapped Japan’s BEAMS for a reworked 996 GTX.

Additionally celebrating the model’s 35^th anniversary, the BEAMS x New Balance 996 GTX features boasts a winter-ready outfit comprising a blend of technical materials such as synthetic suede, mesh, and Gore-Tex fabric. Most noteworthy, the collaborative pair sports mismatched left and right shoes, however, each boasting the same tans, browns, olive, and green hues.

The BEAMS x New Balance 996 GTX’s nature-infused look is further elevated with cream laces and matching midsoles, as well as the co-branding on the tongues and Gore-Tex motifs on the insoles and collar tag.
