Nike’s GT Cut 3 Joins the “Be True To Her School” Campaign

For Spring 2024, Nike is bringing back its “Be True To Your School” campaign, which paved the way for varsity-style color blocking and the debut of Nike Basketball shoes for teams. Along with this kids-exclusive Air More Uptempo, and Dunk High, the Swoosh will also be dropping one of its newest silhouettes, the GT Cut 3.

Celebrating women’s basketball, the upcoming Nike GT Cut 3 “Be True To Her School” sports a clean ashen slate, football grey, barely grape, and metallic silver colorway. The pair features nods to basketball with its perforated leather upper and net-like stitching. Further paying homage to the heritage of women’s basketball is the special “Be True To Her School” tagline on the insoles and leather hangtags. Additionally, the model features an enhanced design with more perforation on the mid-foot, heel counter, and tongue, as well as Nike’s ZoomX cushioning, marking the first time the technology has been featured on a Nike basketball shoe.
