The Sanlitun store becomes the fifth international World of Flight store for the Jumpman.

Jordan Brand continues to expand its international presence as it has announced its latest World of Flight storefront, housed in Beijing Sanlitun spanning over 1,000 square meters and four stories.

The first WOF in China follows the steps of other elevated Jordan flagship stores including the recently unveiled World of Flight Philadelphia store and other international doors, including Milan, Dubai, Tokyo and Seoul.

The store’s design on the ground level integrates a local architectural feature reminiscent of the flooring in the Forbidden City. Paying homage to Jordan Brand’s significant footprint in China, the Center Court serves as a product exhibit and an art installation that captures the brand’s history. At the heart of the store lies the Heritage Wall, adorned with photographs and artwork as a reminder of the brand’s legacy.

Jordan Brand has always shared a special relationship with China.

China’s love for the game of basketball runs deep, and we’re thrilled to open Jordan World of Flight Beijing Sanlitun as our pinnacle expression of basketball culture and Jordan Brand at retail.

The unveiling of Jordan World of Flight Beijing Sanlitun is a pivotal moment for Jordan’s global strategy, signaling a new chapter for the Brand’s expansion and innovation in China furthering the Brand’s international presence.

The top floor includes a premium lounge designed to host exclusive shopping experiences and foster a sense of community among local basketball enthusiasts and Jumpman faithful.

Staying true to the community aspect of the WOF experience, Jordan Brand collaborated with indigenous artists to infuse each floor with unique artwork, mirroring the artistic flair found in the store’s product lineup. The Jordan Local Artist series showcases collaborative efforts with Chinese street artists like Xiaoye, offering limited-edition tees that capture the essence of China’s contemporary youth culture.

Additionally, the store provides pick-up services, customizable products and member-exclusive events. Notable offerings include the premium and China-exclusive Wings Collection, representing the epitome of luxury streetwear within the Jordan Brand repertoire.

“The Workshop,” another distinctive feature, grants shoppers an immersive personalization experience, allowing them to imbue their Jordan products with individuality through options such as Air Jordan 1 hot-stamp embossing, aglet engraving and apparel patching.

The Jordan WOF Beijing Sanlitun opens on March 23, 2024, at 15 North Sanlitun TaiKoo Li, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
