The House of The Dragon x Merrell Collection is Primed for The Outdoors

Merrell has partnered with HBO’s House of the Dragon for a limited-edition footwear collection that marries the rugged performance of Merrell’s outdoor shoes with the aesthetics of the Targaryen dynasty and other great houses from the show.

The House of The Dragon x Merrell collection features three signature Merrell models — Agility Peak 5, Moab Speed 2, and Moab 3 — each uniquely inspired by a different noble house from the hit series.

The Agility Peak 5 pays homage to House Targaryen, complete with an embossed dragon scale pattern that wraps around the upper, evoking the fierce dragons of the family’s sigil. The Moab Speed 2 draws its design cues from House Hightower, featuring a custom “weathered” midsole and “tooth” outsole color blocking, which adds a rugged yet refined touch to the shoe’s silhouette. Finally, the Moab 3 channels the spirit of House Velaryon, with its detailed family crest silkscreened onto the upper and a family tree diagram split between the right and left shoes.

Each model in the collection is equipped with a custom “dragon trio” lace holder, enhancing both the aesthetic and functionality of the shoes. This collaboration between Merrell and House of the Dragon not only highlights the strength and endurance of these noble houses but also provides a durable and stylish option for outdoor enthusiasts.
