As part of the inaugural lineup, Nike will be dropping another heater for their highest-flying signature athlete with the Ja 2 “Stargazer”, and it’s a colorway that perfectly captures Morant‘s gravity-defying game. This cosmic-inspired iteration tells the story of a kid from South Carolina who reached for the stars and grabbed them.

The “Stargazer” comes dressed in deep purple hues with iridescent accents that catch light like distant stars. The design team didn’t just throw together some space-themed colors – they created a visual representation of Ja’s “beneath the stars” motto that’s guided him from unranked recruit to NBA sensation.
