This was the third colorway released of the Zoom Lebron II. These were made for the All-Star game in 2005. Lebron made the team this year unlike his rookie year. These were also the last colorway of the Zoom Lebron 2s released in the mid cut. Only 3 colorways were released in total of the Zoom Lebron 2 produced in the mid cut.
Lebron ended the season with 27.2 points per game, 7.4 rebounds per game, and 7.2 assists per game. Lebron started his first two years quite well. Lebron put up a 20-5-5 in his rookie year, and then a 27-7-7 in his second year. Lebron is on the right track to being an NBA legend.
For styling, the Zoom Lebron II was completely unique. The Zoom Lebron 2 took very little inspiration from any other shoes. Like the Air Jordan line, the Zoom Lebron line was setting trends and styles for others to follow. Nike was big into lasering shoes the year prior and didn???t let off for the making of the Zoom Lebron 2???s. Without the strap across the shoes was like Lebron balling wearing a sleeveless shirt – it showed some amazing tats. The shoe had the King James lion lasered in as well and the famous LJ23 logo.
The Zoom Lebron 2 was a big hit to say the very least. At last, a Lebron shoe that had as much put into the style and fashion as the performance and the function. Today even with 3 models of Lebrons released and a 4th on the way, many sneakerheads say that the Lebron 2 is the best Lebron made so far.
