In collaboration with New Balance, Concepts of Boston is prepared to release an inspired 999 that reflect the love former President John F. Kennedy had for sailing. The base for the shoe is a combination of multiple shades of grey suede, as well as white mesh. There are more than enough details though, including a nylon heel panel, custom nautical flag tongue tag and liner and a multicolor laces. The thought of being on the ocean right now isn’t very pleasant, but this March 2011 release will drop just in time for warmer and wave-friendlier weather.
