Nike Zoom KD III “MLK”

Last year, Nike Basketball paid homage to the great Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a series of special kicks worn by NBA players league-wide. This year the the new tradition will continue with at least a few players, including Kevin Durant. The superstar forward took to Twitter to reveal the new Zoom KD III that?he’ll wear on Monday, January 17th against the Denver Nuggets. A uniquely patterned black-on-black material covers most of the shoe’s upper, while a matte black quarter panel is used to really contrast the metallic gold Swoosh and forefoot Flywire panel. Expect this shoe and many others to be worn in honor of a truly great man in the coming weeks.
