The “Sport Red” Nike Air Griffey Max 1, which released earlier this year, garnered a lot of attention to say the least. Yet, this Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “Emerald” has been anticipated for quite some time now seeing that it last showed up at retailers in 1996. This pair maintains all the signature features that made this model popular including the strap with number #24 on the side, visible Air pockets around the midsole, jagged paneling around the mudgaurd, and a big Swoosh on the toe box. Emerald Green is used as the base tone, while black hints are seen in the form of? the lace eyelets, mudguard, midsole and strap.
