This past basketball season saw the likes of Notre Dame, Louisville, and UCLA rocking the adidas Crazy 8 as a team shoe. Years ago they had a different name and a different team affiliation. In 1998?s BASEketball, South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker laced their team The Beers in what was then the adidas KB8. The former Kobe kick helped Coop, Remer, and Squeak rise to international superstars. Is America?s driveway pass time now played in the Crazy 8? We can only hope.
