The 2011 NBA Playoffs have been very exciting to say the least. We have witnessed some very memorable performance and will continue to highlight the various kicks worn in this postseason. Kevin Durant debuted the “Home” version of the “Scoring Title” Nike Zoom KD III, while his teammate Nate Robinson was spotted in a 2010 released Air Jordan retro. Dirk Nowitzki and LeBron James continue to silence the critics with stellar performances in the shoes they have been wearing throughout the postseason. Lastly, Shawn Marion’s game 5 performance reminded us of his time with the Phoenix Suns. Take a look at our Kicks On Court Weekly Recap – Fab Five.
Kevin Durant debuted the “Home” version of the “Scoring Title” Nike Zoom KD III earlier this week. Although he did not have the game he wanted to (he switched to the “Home” Nike Zoom KD III after one quarter), it was nice to see a new colorway of Durant’s third signature on court.
Shawn Marion scored 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds in game 5 of the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Dallas Mavericks series. This was by far his best performance in the playoffs since his days in Phoenix. We also took notice of his subtle Nike Air Max Fly By PEs.
LeBron James is steadily quieting the critics as the 2011 NBA Playoffs continue. He has been nothing less of a clutch performer in the last two games of the Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls series. Also, his Nike LeBron 8 PS “Home” PE has caught the attention of many.
Dirk Nowtizki is arguably the best performing player in the 2011 NBA Playoffs thus far. While wearing the Nike Hyperdunk 2010, he has undoubtedly closed out the Thunder in the final two games of the 2011 NBA Western Conference Finals
Nate Robinson is a Kicks On Court favorite whether he is on the court or spending most of his time on the bench. We spotted him wearing the Air Jordan 2 White/Neutral Grey while cheering his team on in game 4.
