Last Thursday in front of the world on a live webcast, Nike and Kobe Bryant unveiled the new Nike Zoom Kobe IV. In front of select students at Westchester High School in Los Angeles, CA, Kobe introduced his new lowcut signature shoe. The shoe features a trifecta of great Nike technologies that include Nike Lunar Lite, Flywire, and Zoom Air. Together along with a design by Eric Avar, Kobe will play in the lightest basketball shoe ever made by Nike coming in at only 11.6 ounces.
Nice Kicks was on location for the event and we wanted to share with you the highlights from the press conference. Have a look and be sure to tune into ESPN at 8PM EST on Friday, December 19th when Kobe takes the court for the first time in the Nike Zoom Kobe IV.
