Julius Winfield Erving II revolutionized the game of basketball on and off the court. Known by his nickname, “Dr. J”, Julius changed the game forever by leaping and playing above the rim. Today, the shoe that started it all, the Converse First String Dr. J Pro Leather, has been spotted in two all-new premium Horween Chomexcel Leather colorways. First to release is a rich burgundy version with black accents, followed by a black version with burgundy accents. Both pairs use ?Dr. J? embossing in gold foil on the leather upper as well as black contrast laces. Check out more images below.
