| The month of February will see alot of pink, but Nike has a different type of love in mind.?? Nike has teamed up with Kay Yow Cancer Fund to release a series of Nike Pink Products to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.?? Releasing at all three House of Hoops locations will include special edition Nike Hyperdunks and other gear with all proceeds benefiting the cause.
Yow is the coach of NC State???s women???s basketball team and is currently on leave battling breast cancer for a third time. The gear available will include the two kicks, as well as the shirt and basketball seen, which features the Kay Yow Cancer Fund logo, (the pink NC State jersey will not be available). Kay is an inspiration for more than just her team, but to the entire NCAA women’s basketball program, as you will see a number of these pink shoes on the court when February rolls around.
