Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose has had one heck of a month to say the least. Just nine days after the announcement of his $94.8 million extension with the Bulls, we have now learned that the 2010-2011 MVP is expected to sign a new contract with adidas reportedly worth $250 million. Sources say this “lifetime” deal will pay him $25 million annually over 10 years and will be adidas’ counter to Kobe Bryant in China. Sources also state that Rose already outsells LeBron James in China. If this deal goes through, it will probably make Derrick Rose the highest paid shoe endorser in the NBA. Let’s just say adidas is serious about D.Rose.
