Madison Square Garden has been considered the “Mecca” of basketball for the longest, but it has also been the capital of kicks this basketball season. On multiple occasions, our Kicks On Court column has spotted a plethora of superb sneakers on the feet of J.R. Smith, Carmelo Anthony, Jared Jeffries and the opposing players. Last night’s Game 3 of the Knicks vs. Heat series saw more of the same as LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Spike Lee, and the aforementioned Knicks’ players debuted never-before-seen sneakers. In detail, King James, Wade, Carmelo and Baron Davis wore new colorways of their respective signature shoes, while Spike Lee and Kanye West graced the sideline in nice kicks.
