Mesh toe? Check. OG color? Check. White midsoles? Ok, we’ll let that slide. The Infrared 90 sits high on the list of favorite Air Max amongst not just AM heads but of those who only own one pair of the classic running silhouette. The “Infrared” color was an original color when the shoe dropped as the Air Max III in 1990 and has been made a few brief appearances since. The last time that this color up dropped was a couple years ago for the History of Air package, but even at a price of $79.99 people slept and shoe-investors snatched the up on sale. The price now you ask? Consider yourself blessed to score for under $200. Like the Air Max 1 Court Force, the shoe takes on not only color inspirations from the respective Air Max sneaker, but also materials. Like the 90’s, these “Infrared 90” Court Force sport the classic colors, mesh panels, and stripe-textured infrared piece at the bottom of the lace loops. These have popped up at a few retailers over the weekend, but are available online at Nike for $78. |
