Beginning in 2008, retro Air Jordans were no longer part of the Jordan Lifestyle lineup. To fill this void Jordan Brand called upon the Jordan Fusion series to support this campaign where this pair, the “Glacier Ice” Jordan Fusion 12 was the first Lifestyle Fusion Jordan shoe. Besides being limited to only Jordan Lifestyle doors, the shoe was also placed in Nike’s Members Only Store where the shoes sold through in only a few days.
The “ice” sole gave Jordan Brand extra flexibility to make the Fusions resemble the Air Jordan 12 that much more with the ability to place a Jumpman near the toe of the shoe on the sole.
