Mitch Richmond?s NBA career began with the fifth overall selection by the Golden State Warriors in the 1988 Draft. While with the Warriors, Richmond grabbed Rookie of the Year honors and averaged at least 22 points per game during his three seasons. Yet, he is probably most enamored by fans for complementing Tim Hardaway and Chris Mullen in the endearingly named ?Run TMC? offense. In 1991 Mitch left Golden State for Sacramento and maintained his seasonal 22 points per game average. During this time Richmond undoubtedly cemented his reputation as one of the NBA?s purest shooters. It was also during this time, 1996 specifically, that Mitch won a Gold Medal in Atlanta with the Dream Team III. After a three season stint with Washington, Richmond ended his career with one season in Los Angeles. Although he was a bench player in L.A. he was allowed the honor of dribbling out the clock to win the 2002 Finals.

While Mitch was getting rich by making it rain threes he laced up with Adidas, Nike, and Jordan Brand sneakers. The Nikes with which Richmond is affiliated are the Air Max Uptempos and the Air Bakins. As for JB kicks the Rock stepped into numerous PEs including the IXs, XIVs, and XVIs. In fact, Complex magazine filed the IX PEs that Mitch rocked in the ?94 All-star game into their list of top-ten All-Star Game Kicks.
