Over the weekend, the Air Jordan 5 “Doernbecher” kicked off this year’s always appreciated collection of charitable kicks. Designed by the late Isaac Arzate, this pair places inspirational words from a poem written by the young athlete in all-over fashion with a glossy finish. In addition to that, his love for video games is portrayed with the inclusion of a flashlight, with other nods to his sports career also appearing. While these sneakers have since sold out, donations can still be made to the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital here.
