Continuing the solid run of retro basketball releases, Packer Shoes has announced another classic sneaker that is set for revival. On the day of the NBA Draft, 1982 #1 pick James Worthy sees one of his classic NB signatures return in the form of the New Balance P740 OG “Worthy Express.” Big Game James was the first New Balance athlete to get his own sneaker, and now the model is brought back as a carbon copy of the 1985 original, all the way down to the thickly padded tongue. Get a closer look at the OG white and black colorway of James Worthy’s P740 below, and watch for these to release July 10th for $120, exclusively at Packer Shoes.
