Our Editor-In-Chief George Kiel III’s nonprofit Kiel Colon Cancer Foundation announced its new “Blue Knots” initiative at the beginning of March, Colon Cancer Awareness Month. “Blue Knots” is an annual March campaign involving the integration of blue shoelaces in one’s shoes. The action aims to honor those who have been afflicted by the disease and bring worldwide consciousness to colon cancer.
Phoenix Suns forward P.J. Tucker showed his support for Colon Cancer Awareness Month and the Kiel Colon Cancer Foundation’s new movement by incorporating blue shoelaces in his “All-Star” Nike Kyrie 1s against the Miami Heat last night. View Tucker’s gesture, plus J.J. Barea and Andre Iguodala’s latest NIKEiDs, in today’s edition of Kicks On Court.
