Nike doesn’t make Timberlands but that doesn’t mean they can’t make sneakers that feel like Timbs. Last year their “Wheat” releases did exactly that by simply incorporating a lush tonal approach alongside boot-like updates to the hardware and laces. The trend returns for fall 2015, with a new cast of characters set to revive the Nike Sportswear “Wheat” Pack.
Consisting of the Nike Air Force 1 High, Nike Air Max 1, Nike Air Max 90, Nike Air Max 95 and the Nike Air Tech Challenge III, each classic style takes on a wheat upper which brings about thoughts of cool climate and 6 inch Timbs. Give the forthcoming Nike Sportswear “Wheat” Pack a look below and expect the drop sometime this fall.
