Last night, Kanye West and adidas accepted the Footwear News “Sneaker of the Year” award, crowing the adidas Yeezy Boost as the most influential new silhouette of 2015.
The 28th annual Footwear News awards saw West and adidas as its centermost point, as the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 and 750 are widely considered the best thing in sneakers this year. West, as he typically does, vocalized his appreciation for the award, and, famously ranted about this, that and the third.
