For the past few years, any Public School runway showcase is the topic of discussion at that particular fashion week presentation. The same holds true for this year’s New York Fashion Week showcase, in which Maxwell Osbourne and Dao Yi Chow again captivated the crowd with their unrivaled matrimony of sporting and streetwear.
Among the sights at the show was their unreleased Air Jordan 12. First debuted by Ronnie Fieg in months prior, the Public School x Air Jordan 12 Friends and Family edition in black and white isn’t the most boisterous shoe we’ve ever seen, but that’s a testament to just how great the duo executes minimalism. Fusing mesh and leather fabrication with base tones, the hues breathe life into the layered style, adding texture and presence.
Give the Public School 12’s another look below but don’t expect to see them available for purchase anytime soon.
