The Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” OG, a 1996 original, is set for yet another retro run during Jordan Brand’s coveted holiday lineup later this year.
Last seen in stores in 2013, the “Taxi” will be the latest Air Jordan classic to undergo the brand’s remastering process. From a historical perspective, MJ wore the Air Jordan 12 in route to the Bulls fifth NBA championship, a run that was fueled by great television campaigns like the “Frozen Moment” spot (see below).
A Jordan Release Date for the 2017 Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” is not yet available, although reports suggest the a limited quickstrike drop will take place sometime in December. Stay tuned to Nice Kicks for more details.
