Showcasing the future of soccer cleats, adidas unveiled their advanced Nemeziz cleats back in May. Since their unveiling, soccer superstar Lionel Messi has been playing in the adidas Nemeziz and now he will begin lacing up a brand new “Ocean Storm” colorway.
Featuring AGILITYBANDAGE and TORSIONTAPES technology, the adidas Nemeziz now sports a vibrant two-tone colorway of dark blue and turquoise. Adding to the colorful nature of the boot are the yellow adidas three stripes branding on the side of the cleat.
In conjunction with the new colorway, adidas soccer is also debuting a street iteration of the cleat, which can be used to play off the football pitch. The street version of the adidas Nemeziz has the same technology as the cleat iteration. The only difference is the outsole, which is built to handle the rigors of playing soccer on the street.
Besides for Messi, soccer stars Renato Sanches and Roberto Firmino will also be playing in the adidas Nemeziz “Ocean Storm.” Available now, you can get either the cleat or street version of the soccer boot at adidas.com.
