At first sight, there wouldn’t seem to be much of a story behind the Air Jordan 12 “Dark Grey” colorway. They appear to simply be another good-looking pair of the 1997-produced shoe. But upon closer inspection they actually nod to an OG style.
With glowing gold eyelets, the Air Jordan 12 “Dark Grey” makes a stylistic reference to the “Taxis.” Sharing those gold eyelets in common, the shoe forgoes leather in lieu of plush suede fabrication alongside tonal mudguard and midsole construction.
Look for this purposeful Air Jordan 12 release on November 18.
